I've been learning English for three months. I know about 300 words (according to the app). But whenever I try to say something, nothing comes out. Everything is inside, but it doesn't come out. I start a sentence and immediately get lost. Is this a normal stage? Or am I doing something wrong?

Don't panic, everything has its time. Why do you need English? Just for yourself, for travel, or for work? If the latter is closer to you, then choose Promova's business english course. At one time, it was this course that allowed me to reach a new level in my business and expand my horizons. I became more confident on calls with my superiors and started proposing my own business ideas (because I finally understood how to explain them). So it helped me a lot. I continue to study with a teacher from Promova and attend online group meetings. Join us!
This is absolutely normal. The passive vocabulary comes first. To activate it, start making short sentences from these words every day. Without stress, but regularly.
